We saw him 3 days in a row for 3 hours each day and he really spread out the experiences for us so we can see all that Rome had to offer – we did evening golf cart tour on day 1, where Gianluca took us to try some yummy local bites, on day 2, he took us to the Vatican, and day 3, we did the Vespa tour around town to see final attractions we missed in first two days. He is fluent in English to communicate with me and his mandarin is better than mine (I grew up in English school so my Chinese is not the best), he is very knowledgeable about the history of the attractions and an overall great company + positive energy to be around.
